Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new collection launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Delivery

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package has left our hands.

Penny & Bear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
